Agent selection and dependencies and creation of agent for PNP module

Can you please clarify my following doubts on the agent:

How do we know which depend ices installed on the agent?

How frequently we need to install dependencies on the agent? Or is it one time job?

Please let me know which dependencies are needed for the agent to execute the powershell build which is associated with PNP module.
