AWS Marketplace support

Hi, it would be nice to be able to use teamcity via the AWS Marketplace.   That would allow for customers who need on-prem for security, etc reasons, to still take advantage of a pay-as-you-go model, and also potentially avoid the need to avoid separate/specific procurement
