Navigating to Teamcity page show "Initializing TeamCity server components"

Hi

Suddenly this morning it is not possible to navigate to our Teamcity page, It show the message "Initializing TeamCity server components", and it is stuck in a loop.

I have deleted all cache files from TeamCityData\system\caches as suggested in another thread, but it did not solve the issue.

I have looked into the following log-files
Catalina log: Succesful server startup
Teamcity-server log= Successful server startup, only following message about building indexer in progress.

WebDeploy server is running as a server/service, I have checked the logs.

Any suggestion what to look at to solve the issue.
