error iOS upload Testflight : swift support not found

hello,  I am running TeamCity 2021.2.2 (build 99660) on Mac as a agent service.

When trying to upload  to testflight, we are getting the error an email from apple (swift not found). 

we already implemented secret key from apple id in shell script bash for upload to testflight. but it's doesn't worked.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

How are you trying to upload to testflight? Can you please share more details with us about your build configuration? Please send us also the affected build log.
