Cloud tab under Agents missing - Team City

I'm looking to set up cloud based scalable build with Team city on EC2 as per below article.

I have System Administrator privileges for root projects but I'm unable to see the Cloud tab under Agents page.

I'm using TeamCity 2021.2.1 (build 99602) professional mode on Windows 2012.

Hello!

If I am not mistaken, the Cloud tab should appear if you have a Cloud Profile created. Since this question is some months old, did you manage to do it and see the Cloud tab after the Cloud Profile creation?
