Additional Failure Conditions not stopping the execution

Hi,

I had configured Additional Failure Conditions to fail the build if the code coverage is less compared to the previous build. The build is shown as failed but all the steps are getting executed.

In the add failure condition popup, the option shown below goes missing when we select less or different in "is" condition of "Fail build if"

I want the build to fail right after executing the unit test cases incase if the coverage dips. I use .NET plugin for UT which also runs JetBrains dotCover for coverage.
