React Plugin for custom form for build parameters

We are looking to use React to create custom data driven forms to collect build parameters.  Can plugins be used for this?  What would be the best example code to look at ?

Looking at the current documentation for React and it's not clear how a form could be delivered using react that would replace the static forms we are creating via the TC console.  

We want to use to react to call webservices that will populate dropdowns etc...
