Manditory 2FA - User never set up

Hello,

 

After we set 2FA to be mandatory, one week later we had one user who still never set it up. Are there options, other than setting 2FA to be optional, to allow the user to log in and set up 2FA their account? It would be great if the user was forced into the 2FA setup screen somehow.

Hello Scott,

When you set 2FA to mandatory and users haven't configured it yet, the following warning is displayed when you login:

If the grace period expires, you can renew it using the TeamCity  REST API, particularly the /2FA/refreshGracePeriod endpoint, as explained below:
