Increasing timeout for java.net.SocketTimeoutException

Hey all,

So we have a lot of processes that run at night. We are getting an issue where when we have heavy network traffic, some builds are having trouble resolving artifact dependencies with the following error:

Recoverable failure while getting source paths list: Failed to download [REMOVED FILE NAME] java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out (jetbrains.buildServer.artifacts.impl.RecoverableResolvingException)

We are trying to look into our network/nas setup, but for the moment It looks like this timeout is currently fixed to 3 mins, Is there a way to increase this time out?
