Builds not auto triggering

Hello,

Currently running TeamCity Professional 2018.2.1 (build 61078). It seems auto triggering seems to have stopped working, and haven't figured out where to look to solve the problem.

I am seeing the Pending count increase for the build, so the VCS Root seems to be working. The trigger is set run after a VCS check-in is detected.
The only work around I have is running a build against the develop branch - then the feature branches are detected and are populated in the build queue and successfully run in the build agent.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Hello Mike,

So that we can help you better finding what is going wrong, could you please:

  1. Make a commit in any arbitrary branch;
  2. Collect the teamcity-server.log and teamcity-vcs.log files after the commit is detected by teamcity and not triggered and then take a few thread dumps (you can find more information on how to get them here ) - typically around 10 with a couple seconds of spacing with each other);
  3. Forward those to us using the "Submit a request" button on top of the forum page, that will open a new zendesk ticket.

This way we should have all the necessary information to help you further.

Thanks,

Guilherme
