buildFailureDescription duplicate entry?

Hi,

In a plugin, when a failure condition is detected, we write an error message to BuildProgressogger.buildFailureDescription - however, the text appears in the buildLog screen on the server twice.

I've debug through the plugin, and it appears to only be being called once - am I breaking something, or is there an isue?
