Teamcity cloud restoring nuget from Artifactory?

Is it possible to provide the API keys to Artifactory when calling a .NET restore build step in Teamcity cloud?
I can restore locally only when providing the username and password, but not sure where or how to do that on teamcity?

Any help appreciated.
