I got a serious problem with "429 - too many requests" when Teamcity agent to do something. what can I do?

Unfortunately, those details are not enough to diagnose the issue. Could you please share a build log for a build which is affected by this issue as well as teamcity-agent.log file(s) covering the time of build (you may find the latter on the agent machine, in <agent installation folder>/logs)? You may upload both to the https://uploads.jetbrains.com service and share the upload ID here.
