GitHub Commit Hook Not Triggering Builds

I have a TeamCity project configured using Versioned Settings with Kotlin. I have used the Install GitHub webhook action to set up a webhook in GitHub Enterprise to trigger builds in TeamCity but it is not working.

In GitHub, the webhook shows successful delivery of the webhooks with HTTP status 202. The builds never trigger in TeamCity.

The VCS Branch Specification is: +:refs/heads/*

In TeamCity the commit hook shows as being "Active".

Why are the builds not triggering?

In order for us to check what is causing this issue, can you please share with us:
 
-A screenshot of the Administration > Diagnostics > VCS Status page;
-A screenshot of the vcs settings of the affected project;
-The teamcity-server.log and teamcity-vcs.log covering the same time period.
