Consultant needed for scalable TeamCity+Azure setup (.NET SDK, PowerShell, SQL Server, Node.js, xUnit, Selenium)

Do you have a lot of experience in configuring and operating TeamCity, hosting apps in Azure, and building a scalable CI environment? We're looking for you!

We at Lombiq want to transition from hosting TeamCity on a single VM to host in Azure with VMs automatically spun up and torn down for each agent as necessary. Our current config works but we're hitting performance limits that can't be sustainably fixed with bigger VMs and thus need to transition to a scalable setup in Azure. Our builds mostly use the following technologies: .NET SDK, PowerShell, Azure, SQL Server, Node.js, xUnit, Selenium.

We'd like to have somebody with experience in such a scalable TeamCity setup, in Azure in particular, who can help us with advice and potentially some hands-on work to do this.
