Teamcity does not pick ruby Minitest results and marks all unit tests as passed

Recently upgraded teamcity server and since then teamcity behaviour with broken unit tests have changed. Earlier, teamcity used mark build as failed upon any ruby minitest failures. Now irrespective of the unit test results, build is always marked as successful.
