Problem wit Pull Request buildfeature with bitbucket server

I use user authentication to bitbucket server on a build, and i get this error. Where can i check to find more details about this error ?

we are using tc 2020.2.2

we need this to work for analysing pull request in sonarqube.

Is there another way to pass parameters, about branch, target branch and pull request key ?

without using the pull request build feature
