Missing SSL/HTTPS Configuration Menu

Ran the install for TeamCity 2020.2.1. When I got to the part of the documentation about adding trusted certificates to TeamCity, it referenced
Navigate to the Root project Administration area and select the SSL/HTTPS Certificates menu item in the sidebar
Well, I don't have a SSL/HTTPS menu item. Did I not do something after the install that should 'activate' this item, or what? Reviewing others posts around SSL certificates does not give me any clues as to what went wrong?

I forgot to add that this is installed on a Windows 2019 server and connecting to SQL Server 2019...

Sorry for the delay - could you please share a screenshot of how Root project looks for you, e.g. the list of available tabs on the left?
Are you logged in as an administrator user?
