TeamCity SVN connection Refused

Our SVN source can not be connected to the team city server due to firewall settings of the SVN .
Could you help with any idea to connect in these situation

I'm afraid in such a case nothing can be done on the TeamCity side: you need to configure your firewall to allow connections from TeamCity (and its agents if you plan to use agent-side checkout).
