TeamCity Backup Error with Database

We're having an issue with TeamCity backing up the Database pointed to an RDS (Aurora MySQL) instance.
When going through the back up it reports:
Exporting database:
IllegalArgumentException: HOUR_OF_DAY: 1 -> 2
We're currently running: TeamCity Enterprise 2019.2 (build 71499)
TeamCity is running on Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS
On an identical backup server recently created with the same time zones and same infrastructure setup, backing up the Database works fine. The only discrepancy being the version of Aurora MySQL it's looking at.
