.NET seems to fail with no errors.

I am in the process of moving to the ,NET runner as suggested, but my build fails with what appears to be no errors.  I have also verified that the msbuild command run from the build machine in the build agent project location.  Is the TreatWarningsAsErrors set to true by the ,NET runner.
