How to forget the previous parameter value when starting a build?

Hello.
How to make sure that the previous value of the parameter is not saved when starting the build?
I know about the reset button on the right. ;)
If you exit TeamCity and log in again, the value is cleared. But I need it never to be remembered at all.
I want to note that I just click "run" and not the three dots on the right. And at the same time, the required empty parameter is filled from the cache.

Could I ask you to follow-up on the link above with a quick description of your workflow, so that the development team would have a better idea on how this might be implemented? In particular, would you like to never save the parameter for a single build configuration, or for all of them? Would you like it to be effective for all users or just for the specific ones?
