Teamcity plugin: add tab to run custom build popup

I want to add some custom tab or field to Run Custom Build popup via plugin.

I'm trying to find info about how to do this, but nothing was found.

In PlaceId I could not found place for tab or page extension to place to.

Does anyone have any info/examples?
