Team City Nuget Server Issue

Hi,

Last week I updated team city from 2018.2.4 to 2019.1.5 and got an error similar to the to:

I update the dotNetPackagesSupport to 58313 as per the instructions.

2 weeks later I have updated team city from version 2019.1.5 to 2019.2.2  and I am getting the same error. Version2019.2.2 has a higher version of the dotNetPackagesSupport  plugin (version 71923).

I have tried downgrading the dotNetPackagesSupport  to see what would happen but with no luck.

Any idea on how to resolve this issue?
