TeamCity on Windows using OpenJDK 32-bit after upgrade from 2019.1.5 to 2019.2

Completed

We are running TeamCity v2019.2 on Windows Server 2016 64-bit.

Auto-upgraded from v2019.1.5 to v2019.2 and was surprised to see that TeamCity is still running with the OpenJDK 32-bit instead of the 64-bit version of Amazon Corretto.

The v2019.2 upgrade notes state that the 64-bit Corretto is now installed via the Windows installer (and the Docker container).

https://www.jetbrains.com/help/teamcity/upgrade-notes.html

I did use the auto-upgrader instead of manually running the Windows installer, but was surprised that we're running OpenJDK 32-bit not Corretto 64-bit.

Can confirm this JRE installed by TeamCity is the only Java runtime installed on this server.

Is this a bug?

Hi,

this is the known auto-update limitation, please check the related section in our documentation. To update the bundled Java re-install server with .exe installer.
