AWS VPC setting for Agent: which file

Hello, when we start TC from a restored cloudformation stack, the VPC ID might be different. We need to change the Agent VPC to match where the server was created. I'm think I could make the init script edit the Agent Cloud Profile file. Any hints on how to do that?
