Minor UI problem when adding Docker registry connection

The dialog for adding a docker connection says that the format for the Registry address is [http(s)://]hostname....

If you enter a hostname with or without an http(s) you can test the connection and it works BUT if you try and save, it will not let you exit the dialog unless you have http(s) on the URL. Either the save button is using a different validation or the format needs updating to insist on adding http(s) to your URL.
