.Net build Error in TeamCity - Windows Forms Application

Hi,

I am new to TeamCityI and am trying to build a windows forms application through TeamCity, but I keep getting the following error on the final step (see image)

 

I'm not sure if this is just due to a configuration issue or anything like that. The application builds perfectly fine in Visual Studio 2019 which is installed on the same pc.

Any help will be much appreciated
