Root Project - Find audit history of SSH Keys

I am trying to track down a user that created an SSH Key in our root project.  I can't seem to narrow down the audit history to easily find this.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Also, is there any way to download the key from TeamCity?  We need to figure out if there is a passphrase associated with the uploaded key.
