Asp.Net Core Project Build error

Hi There!
I am following the guide from this video and I got some issue when I try run the project in teamcity

Is there some updated guide about how to configure a project using .net core (web api) ?

I think now is working. After add a new build step (Nuget Installer) the build is working :)
