How to attach files are Team City Build Job parameters ?

Hi Guys,

We have a requirement in which we need a Build Job for which, we need to upload/attach a File ( XML file) as one of the Build Parameters.

Hence , please let me know if this configuration is possible, with any of the config parameter/env. variable/system variable ?

Or can it be achieved through any of the Teamcity plugins ?
