How can I only email the people who submit the code without send email to other people in the same group
I want to send the email only to someone who submit their code without email other people in the same group, I have checked the box "Builds with my changes only", but it doesn't work. The other people can still receive the email.

Is the whole group marked with "Builds with my changes only"? Or only your user? If it's only on your user, then all other users don't have such setting enabled and thus will keep getting the rest of the emails.
If the whole group has the "builds with my changes only" but are getting notified for builds that don't include their changes, we might need to investigate it deeper, could you confirm if that's the case?
In my case, I have set the whole group "builds with my changes only", but the others in this group still get nitification. Thanks for your reply!
