Checkout Folder/ Agent only check out/ deleting code

Hellp All,

I am facing a weird issue with teamcity 2017.1.5 where we do have a project that needs to be checked out to a custom directory so D:\ABCProj has been mentioned as Checkout directory in CheckOut Option and "Clean all files in the checkout directory before the build" check box has been UNCHECKED but still whenever build happen TeamCity is deleting the code in D:\ABCProj folder...... I am not sure why this is happening.

Any suggestions?

What kind of VCS Root are you using? Also, could you check on the build log and copy here the relevant lines about the VCS? (Feel free to obscure names if you deem it appropriate)
