Unable to connect to SVN

Hello,

After upgrading from TeamCity-2017-1.4 to TeamCity-2017.2.3 the application is unable to connect to SVN.

I have also tried running a clean TeamCity-2017.2.3 installation on another machine and the application is still unable to connect to SVN.

Note SVN is configured using HTTP/DAV with HttpDigest authentication. Also, Upsource, and the rest of the JetBrains suite of tools including Intellij are all able to access SVN without issue.

I have uploaded the teamcity-vs.log as Andovia-04-17-2018-teamcity-vcs.log via the web form

Hello again, may I ask you to enable debug-svn logging preset on the TeamCity server, reproduce the problem, and attach teamcity-vcs.log and teamcity-svn.log files to the issue I created? You can limit the visibility of the files to teamcity-developers group only.
