Builds stuck "running" for all build agents

We had this start happening yesterday, where we can start a build, but the build log simply shows "Running" and there is nothing else in the build log. The build never completes, and the timer continues to go up with how long it has been running. We can only cancel the build to stop it. Yesterday we got everything running again by restarting the TeamCity service and Rebooted the server this service is installed on. Looking to see if this is a known issue? Or what the next step may be in troubleshooting this issue or if we might be able to find any logs or anything that might show us the issue and how to correct it?

Hi,

well, just that happening is not "a" known issue. We've had a couple similar reports but usually the reasons might be different each time. In this situation, the approach should be to check the build log. If nothing has started, then the build is stuck on the server. The teamcity-server.log file should contain information about the situation. Also, you might want to take a few thread dumps and either check what's going on or send them to us for review using the "Submit a request" button on top of this page. https://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/TCD10/Reporting+Issues#ReportingIssues-ServerThreadDump

Alright, we will look into that more. The thing is that when checking the build log, it only shows "running"  but no other details. So i guess we will see what else we might be able to find and obtain.
