Agent hung even when agent process is dead - Teamcity 2017.2.3

Hello,

we are using 2017.2.,3 since about a mont and it's working good, but now we have a hung agent issue what seems to be a bug.

We have an agent on RHEL 7.4 that hung like 30 hours ago, i stopped the agent and kill the agent processes still it is hung &displayed  wirh status connected. Also tried to start agent then complains that this agent id already exist.

jetbrains.buildServer.AGENT - Agent with the same name 'RH74-xx' is already registered: "RH74-xx" {id=86,

Also rebooted tc agent linux server yesterday, same problem.

This morning i restarted teamcity, myslq and apache still same issue still

So how can we remove this agent that has status connected but is not connected ?

We have tr´hreaddump from agent and server too.
