Pre-Tested Commit - Commit message modification

Hi,

I'm in the process of investigating using pre-tested commits as part of our build pipeline, and was wondering if it's possible for TeamCity to automatically modify the commit message of the CL before it commits it?

The use case we'd like to have is to be able to automatically include the URL for the successful personal build run of the tested configuration so that we can validate that our workflow is being followed correctly.

Is this feature available somehow, or is there any intention to add it?
