can I run 2 TeamCity instances in the same environment?

I have to move my TeamCity build server to a newer Windows servers with a newer OS.  Currently its on Windows 2012.  We only have 1 build server for all of our environments.  QA, PROD etc…  My build team wants to know if we can have more than one build server in the same environment.  That way we can move our build jobs over incrementally instead of all at once.  Our current version:  Version 2024.12.2 (build 174504)
