Data Clean Up - Keep builds that have been favorited or have a build tag entered via teamcity ui

Hi,

I want to configure teamcity to delete build that have not been favorited or don't have a specific tag entered via the teamcity ui. 

Is that possible?

Does Build Filter → Tags relate to the tag entered via the teamcity ui?

Yes, it allows keeping builds tagged with specific tags like described here: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/teamcity/build-actions.html#Add+Tags+to+Build
