Upgrading from 2017.1.1 to latest version
Hi,
Does anyone have experience or advice on upgrading from such an old version. I have seen online various suggestions.
I'm after the least painful route.

TeamCity supports upgrades from any of the previous versions to later ones. All available update methods are described in detail in the documentation: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/teamcity/upgrading-teamcity-server-and-agents.html
It is recommended that you test the upgrade on the test server before upgrading the production one. This may help identify compatibility of non-bundled plugins (if you use any) and any other issues.
