Cannot upgrade from 2025.03 to 2025.03.1

Hi,

we're have a Professional license for Teamcity on-prem. We tried to upgrade from 2025.03 to 2025.03.1 on-premise and we hit a bug that enqueued thousands of builds, and we had to rollback.

We won't be able to upgrade Teamcity until this bug is fixed. We filed a bug report here with the information: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-92997

Thank you for creating an issue in YouTrack.
Since there is an issue already, I think it would be best to continue the communication there. My colleague already requested the logs; please provide them in the YouTrack issue as soon as possible.
