Cannot checkout from Git repository

We are having a problem to checkout files on an agent (checking out on server is working fine) - I guess it have something to do with file permissions as this occurred after mistakenly running it with a different user...

Please make sure that the user the agent is running under has access to all subfolders in Agent Installation directory. See the related question: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/24130729/teamcity-is-failing-to-checkout-github-repository.
