Azure Resource Manager plugin start/stop functionality

Hi,

I'd like to ask a question about Azure Resource Manager plugin. If I understand correctly then in case of classic plugin it is possible to start/stop agent VM without terminating it. For Resource Manager plugin I can't see such feature. Is it possible? Because I don't want to create VM each time I need to have a build. It would be much more efficient to get 2-3 agents already configured and only thing I need is to start and stop (with deallocation) those agents.
