best approach to re-use build artifact across different run
is it possible for TC to re-use build artifact if triggering consecutive run on branch without change? if it is not supported OOTB, is there recommended approach? using custom plugins?

At the moment artifacts are downloaded before each build. How do expect this feature should work? What is your use case?
