Task management

OFFTOPIC...

I don't see that Team City has any features for managing tasks - any plans for that - either in Team City or another product?

I am thinking of something like JIRA, where you can raise/prioritise/vote/assign tasks - and if it could be linked to the code in IDEA, that would be great.

Alternatively, anyone got any suggestions/tips/reccomendations on such a tool?
