What is Team server, generally?

We are in a process af creating civilized build infrastructure in one of our Java projects, CruiseControl was chosen for cont. build support.
What is Team Server in general? Compared to well-known OS tools?

Basically the same presentation be presented at JavaOne, so we don't want

Very nice. Do it up as a whitepaper, and it should make it very easy to pitch TeamWare the people here with the checkbooks.

That presentation is looking very good (and as a result TeamServer is
looking very good too). Too bad going to JavaOne is a little too
expensive for me.

I'm shoked...
We can't work without IDEA already... and now it seems you going to expand your power on us even further... ;)
The product is seems to be very innovative, I just wonder how long will it take for Eclipse guys to "invent" free analogue...
