Syntax error in runAll.bat (#1438)

Hi,

I noticed a syntax error in the runAll.bat script both in the current as
well as the previous version. Seems that you don't test on Windows :)
You need to change "exists" to "exist" and even then I'm not sure
whether the script runs successfully. Using "runAll.sh" with Cygwin
works, though.
