Default domain for nt login

Unfortunately default value for NT domain isn't supported. Could you please
submit this request in JIRA?

I'm using the ntDomainLoginModule for logging in to teamcity. It
requires users to login using domain/user, which isn't terrible, but I
was wondering if there's a default-domain property that can be set so
that users only need to provide a user name and have the module
authenticate them in the default domain.
