Incorrect patch location

I'm getting patches which are not located in the correct place. This is with CVS. Basically, the normal checkout has the path of the CVS repository prepended to the path name under work. For example, with :pserver:@cvs.com:/ and module , the build ends up in: work// but the patch ends up in: work//]]>

I think I filed an issue or posted a forum message about the path wierdness earlier. Don't know if this has been addressed.
