Two annoying setup quirks

I'm trying to install teamcity, and right off the bat, I notice two rather annoying issues that show somewhat of a lack of polish:

1) The standalone install doesn't have a logs directory, so running tomcat for the first time results in an error since it can't write to logfiles.

2) The internal DB used writes to the running user's homedir, which means that in the case where it's NFS mounted, you run into all sorts of annoying lock issues.

The first is trivial to fix, is there any way I can fix the second to move forward with my install?

Pass -Dteamcity.data.path=/usr/local/TeamCity to Tomcat (e.g. by
modifying JAVA_OPTS in bin/runAll.sh)
